I have gone to Tony at Premier Physical therapy for several months. When I started going my right hip/SI joint was causing enough pain that I could no longer mountain bike, and every day things like picking up my two young kids hurt! I was discouraged and frustrated. I had been going to a chiropractor and started going to a gym to try and focus on my problem areas, and neither was doing anything for the pain.After the first session I drove away and was amazed at how good my back felt. Tony has a great insight to the mechanics of the body and made a huge difference to me after my first visit. His methods are not typical but after trying many other traditional therapies, I am really impressed with his approach and my results.

I wish I had been introduced to Tony and his work 10 years ago. I would not be facing a knee replacement surgery now. In short, a lifetime of bad mechanics--originating (likely from birth) with the pelvis but exacerbated by an old ankle sprain and a lifetime of small injuries--has worn out one of my knees. I have tried every style of body work imaginable and they all helped but nothing resolved the core issues until a friend sent me to Tony two months ago.
