Orion is the IT firm the primary company I work for uses and I would highly recommend them to any company. I referred them to my part time employer as well. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and explain the difficult IT world so you can understand and they make sure your needs are satisfied.

Gunnar Anderson is fantastic- he resolved my connectivity issue when others couldn't. He was patient and didn't give up, trying various things until he found the problem. Christopher W. was great! Professionalism with reassuring voice. I didn't even finish my sentence yet, and he's on it already. Chris practically solved my problem remotely (with guidance and with his magic phantom cursor). I asked him how the weather was back there in Boise. He answered snowing AND raining, without any despair tone. He even introduced his beloved Boise as a foodie destination. (I will definitely be there!). Thanks! From opened-jaw satisfied customer.
