North Boise Veterinary Clinic provides excellent care and communication, making even anxious and aggressive pets feel comfortable. As a Fear Free Certified Practice, their building layout and process are designed to ease pet anxiety. The team genuinely cares and follows up, offering the best possible service for pets and their owners.
Dr. Frost and his team are AMAZING! I have a 14-year-old Aussie mix who has always been scared of the vet. In the past, our old vets would muzzle him and restrain him, which led him to get more scared and reactive. However, with Dr. Frost, my dog is comfortable, curious, and calm. He and his team are so patient, gentle, and meet your dog where they’re at, rather than forcing them into a situation they’re not comfortable with. I wish I’d found him years ago and can’t recommend him enough. You can tell he and his team genuinely care about animals and the work they do. Thank you!
I cannot say enough about North Boise Vet, Dr Frost and his staff. My dog Millie had not been eating and had signs of blood in her stool for a couple of weeks and it was only getting worse. I took her in and the staff were so gentle and kind. Dr Frost came in and examined her, listened to what I had to say and gave me a run down on what they were going to do. They needed to keep her in order to complete her testing and x-rays and they kept me up to date on what they were finding. Unfortunately they discovered a tumor on her spleen, we discussed the options but the only viable route was to see she had a comfortable send off. They were truly compassionate through out this whole ordeal, they let me sit with Millie for as long as I wanted before saying good-bye and let me continue to pet her and see me to the end. All I can say is Thank you.
Moved to Boise found a great Dr that took in my two xlbullies and a older vet pitty took him to surgery and they were very clean nice people and my lil boy did great and was all wrapped up and done in about a hr great staff and overall my pittys approved the first pic is of the vets windows great place
