Me. Minert is an amazing attorney. As with most attorneys he seems like a stick in the mud, however, he is great in presenting your case in front of the judge. He knows the law well and he knows the system. Hes not cheap but he IS more affordable than others. I have used him 4x for my stupid kids doing dumb things. I know he will do his best for you. I've retained Steve twice now to handle some personal affairs. One was an amicable divorce for which he was outstanding. Although he was my lawyer and not my wife's, I asked him to be open with her as well. He was VERY informative with her about all apsects, even to the point of pointing out areas where she should be wary (which is exactly what I wanted him to do but would not be a normal approach for a divorce). Everything went well and my wife an I are still on excellent terms, at least partially due to the honesty and integrity Steve and I both showed during this difficult time.
