“I first went into Prophecy Med Spa after I saw an advertisement on Social Media. I have an allergy to coconut, so this presents an issue in finding skin care that is effective for my skin. He recommended a system that was twice a day but simple. It came with an information card, so I knew what product to use and when. I have made it a priority and have seen amazing results. Arrington did my first HydraFacial, and I almost fell asleep. I have a hard time relaxing and the fact that she was able to get me to relax was amazing in itself. I had been experiencing dryness in my face. I was self-conscious about it as I could see the dryness when I looked in the mirror. As an athlete my body is constantly needing regular maintenance especially massage. I have been going to Emerald since they opened the doors and have not found a better place. After being in a car accident my body and mind needed more modalities to heal. I needed to find my happy place again. I LOVE the way my body feels hours and days after spending a day doing the different rooms. I am especially fond of the halo therapy room. My breathing after years of sinus infections has improved immensely! My favorite room by far is the hot/cold room. After turning 50 I realize it’s harder to recover faster but once I incorporated the cold plunge, sauna and compression boots I truly feel my youth again!
