As an athlete my body is constantly needing regular maintenance especially massage. I have been going to Emerald since they opened the doors and have not found a better place. After being in a car accident my body and mind needed more modalities to heal. I needed to find my happy place again. I LOVE the way my body feels hours and days after spending a day doing the different rooms. I am especially fond of the halo therapy room. My breathing after years of sinus infections has improved immensely! My favorite room by far is the hot/cold room. After turning 50 I realize it’s harder to recover faster but once I incorporated the cold plunge, sauna and compression boots I truly feel my youth again!
