McDowells Specialty Repairs is outstanding. Would definately use them again. We had the headlights on two of our vehicles repaired, removing the hazing. The price was very fair, communication was great, and the headlights are sparkly clean, which not only make the cars look newer but is also a safety improvement. We appreciate McDowells support of Veterans.
Very pleased with the work they did! I had them reupholster my door cards, in exactly the same manner as OE spec. I would consider myself a rather picky customer, and I am so stoked on the outcome.
If I had to nit pick anything, I would recommend a little better internal communication. I did have to reiterate what I wanted a few times to a few different people, but that’s absolutely not an issue when the end product turns out as good as it did.

OUTSTANDING service! I've never been treated better in any service based business (restaurant, retail, mechanic, etc). I am beyond impressed with McDowell's business values and treatment of customers. Sandra, Nate, and the McDowell's team took exceptionally good care of me after my vehicle was damaged by hail. My car came back looking better and cleaner than it ever has. I feel like I have a brand NEW car! The alternator in my car went out right before I came to pick it up after my hail repairs.
