I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the impeccable services of McDowell's Specialty Repairs, and I am beyond impressed. Purchasing a Used Model 3 was a dream come true for me, but the worn and slightly torn interior upholstery, particularly on the rear passenger door, was a bit of a letdown. WOW!! My experience with McDowells was just that...WOW! I did not know what to expect having my driver side seat reupholstered. The ride itself is a 2003 Toyota Tundra and it still runs like a champ. Over the years getting in/out has worn the seat. The technicians (Martin, Zachary) who completed the job are masters of their craft. I expected a much improved seat and look but not this good! If my ride was newer, I would have had the entire seat reupholstered. I am beyond happy with the outcome. Called and got a quote on a Friday. They got me in on Monday. Car was done in just a couple of hours, and the price was great (below every other place I checked)! This company is top notch. People in the office were friendly and accommodating. My ONLY issue at all is that they didn't explain services very well or offer other options. Most tint places will explain the different levels (tint ratings), offer options, etc. I will definitely be using them in the future.
