Every item I bring in for dry cleaning or laundering is done with complete care to detail.The staff is always friendly and welcoming.I have tried a few other dry cleaners in the Boise area, but once I tried Martinizing Dry Cleaning, I will never go elsewhere!
I have had great experiences at Martinizing cleaner's whether it’s with clothes or bedding. They do a great job with cleaning but also recognizing when there are other issues like missing buttons, tears, broken zippers and they always notify you and fix the problem. I have also had times when I had urgent needs and they accommodated me when possible. Michelle and Chung are amazing people who really care. They are also timely and professional.
So holiday weekend. I forgot to pick up dry cleaning on Friday. They are closed Memorial Day weekend. Problem was this is my daughters wedding weekend. I called the office and they went out of their way to open the store and get my wedding shirts. Thank you so much for your effort. Customer for life.
