Idaho Gown Preservation came highly recommended by BB Bridal, where my daughter purchased her dress. Sarah works out of her home, and was very welcoming and inviting when we first met. She explains the process so well and is very professional. My daughter’s dress was cleaned beautifully; it was also packed very well, with museum-grade tissue in a specialized box that won’t deteriorate over time. I would highly recommend Idaho Gown Preservation.

Sarah was awesome to work with. I had an outdoor wedding so the bottom of my dress was VERY dirty. She got it all cleaned up and even fixed my broken strap. She explained the whole process before starting and after, which is super cool by the way, and showed me before and after photos of the dress. She made sure the embroidery was exactly how i wanted before going forward. In the end I was able to look at the dress again before officially storing it away for safe keeping. I really appreciated her kind communication and the time she took to help me understand what I was paying for. I would definitely recommend this to any bride.

Idaho Gown Preservation did absolutely amazing with my dress. I had a broken strap and they even fixed that for me during the time they had my dress. I swear my dress looks even better than the day I picked it up! (Before and after includes in photos) It’s so bright and looks absolutely amazing. The box personalized to me makes this so special, and I’m very excited to have it stored safely and beautifully. Couldn’t recommend enough!
