Jenn and Jessica did a great job selling our house! Thoughtful, thorough, and considerate. They helped us navigate a changing landscape, and get our house sold quickly and for a good price.
When we decided to list our home for sale, we used a Flat Fee listing service. Jenn represented the buyers making the offer on our house. Since we are not licensed realtors, we were not aware of many details with a sale involving multiple contingencies and multiple parties. Over 5 short weeks, Jenn shepherded the processes keeping everyone informed of next steps and who had assignments needed to perform to keep everything on track.
