My Fiance and I just bought our first house today, and Luke has been instrumental throughout the process. His diligence, patience, and personability has made this process so much easier for us as a younger couple. 100/10 would recommend for anyone who is trying to navigate the world of homeownership!

This review is specifically for Kasandra Henry. She is one of the most incredible agent I've worked with. The funny thing is, she wasn't even my agent. I was the buyer and she was the sellers agent. My agent with Silvercreek (Seth Neal) was absolutely useless, withheld details, and lied to us. So I contacted Kasandra myself and we straightened out everything and came up with a deal in a half hour. After that, I quit talking to my agent unless I needed documentation or anything required by him. Kasandra will be hired in an instant if I ever need to buy/sell again. If it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have had this completed. Thank you Kasandra for everything! Keller Williams better treat her right because she's definitely their best agent!

Luke was absolutely wonderful to work with. He really cares about the client and is very knowledgeable about the greater Boise area. It is rare today that you find a person with his integrity and I truly trust his advice. He was always available and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from negotiating the offer to working with the mortgage broker and now getting our property ready for rental.Also a shout out to Susan who works with Luke. Again, very thorough, professional and responsive.I highly recommend him as an agent and also Susan and their company to manage your rental property if that service is needed.
