I started seeing Dr. Gray in 2020 when I had a shoulder injury. He took his time asking questions about my health and mobility, took x-rays, and performed an examination of my spine. He discovered a prior undiagnosed whip-lash injury to my neck. The adjustments he made were performed with precision and care, and I immediately felt relief from the discomfort I’d been experiencing. Dr. Gray not only addressed the immediate symptoms but also provided valuable advice and exercises on how to maintain better spinal health going forward. Dr. Gray really listens to your concerns and takes care of each one. I travel to the other side of town to see him because of the quality care he gives. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone.
Dr Gray is very informative. He explains exactly what’s happening and the process it takes to fix the problem. When I first started going, I had little mobility in my neck and now my neck feels loose and mobile. The posture throughout my entire body gets better and better each time I come in for an adjustment.
