Sierra was amazing throughout every step of the process! She came in with a great attitude and presentated all relevant information in a concise and knowledgeable manner. Any questions that came up or anytime there was communication needed she made sure everything was addressed promptly. I had previously had another realtor getting little traction on my home in 3 months. Once Sierra got involved, interactions online and in-home visits went to 3-4x the amount of the previous realtor. My home was sold within 3 weeks with no issues thanks to Sierra. I cannot recommend her enough!
🙌🏻 SIERRA HUMMAR 🙌🏻 where do I begin!!! You never want to work with anyone else. We are a family from Canada and got to move to Ohio for a new job opportunity. I did my detailed research online about Ohio relators who are specialized in Cleveland and all its surrounding areas. Between all the realtors I came across, Sierra Hummer came in so unique, professional, young, confident, friendly and well aware of the market and the real estate game in Ohio. I wanted someone who can understand and relate to our needs as a young family with kids and let me tell you from that first interview call, Sierra was so heartwarming, genuinely caring, easy to talk to, honest and excited for us. She explain everything we needed to know about neighborhoods, communities, schools and all. She took pride in every detail throughout the whole journey of trying to find our new home, we drove around all over the west side of Cleveland as we wanted to concentrate our search to specific cities (westlake, Avon and Avon lake) . Sierra was so patient and welcoming to any suggestions. As a mothers I emotional sometimes and overwhelmed by the big move we were signing up for, and she was absolutely so caring, comforting and understanding. She’s very responsive which we highly appreciated, especially with being on 2 different time zones. It was never hard to reach her and chat. Excellent communication standards. We ended up going into a crazy bidding war on the house we now call “home”. Sierra had amazing techniques and skills to help win it. Its really nice when you feel your realtor has your back and is willing to go above and beyond to secure the home of your dreams. You genuinely feel that with her. I can go on and on, but with all honestly I wanted to type our experience in details, hoping we can help another family out there who may be passing though the same story and is looking for a realtor they can truly trust and depend on. My husband and I cant be happier .our experience was truly amazing. Sierra sailed the whole deal so smoothly with all the crazy challenges we faced…This is a very hard combination to find in the real estate industry .
