At approximately 3:00 pm on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving our oven stopped working. Total panic ensued since we were hosting Thanksgiving the next day and there were still pies and casseroles to bake and of course the Turkey to roast. After trying our usual appliance repair I reached Donna at Home Appliance Service. She went right to work asking me questions about our stove model, how and when it stopped working and generally showing concern and empathy.
