My neighbor referred Shane to me. The lady who answered the phone was attentive, helpful and friendly. That in itself was a plus! Shane came out, on time, said exactly what he was going to do, did it and gave some tips for future carpet care. Also, priced right! I don’t see that level of customer service very often. I will gladly refer Heritage Carpet Cleaners! Our carpet looks great

Shane is amazing! He's been cleaning my Dad's carpets for years and my Dad only has good things to say. I just had him come in and clean our carpets in the house we've been renting for the past 3 years before turning it back over to the landlord. They were many stains we didn't think would come up, including red candle wax and multiple pet stains and he was able to get them up!As we have moved into our brand new home, we will be using him often to keep up on our carpets!
