This is a place of compassionate coaching..for healthcare professionals who may have burnout, perhaps compassion fatigue, and/or challenging relationships. Taking the first step is a definite act of courage and trust.. and I fully appreciate that. You may be feeling discouraged and defeated; exhausted and outnumbered; like nothing you do really matters anymore. You may have to drag yourself to work each shift.. hardly remembering that time when you were eager and enthusiastic each day to make difference.
