A door and window specialist worked on it for 30 mins and apologetically said we'd have to replace the entire door which would cost several thousand dollars. John came out with a power drill and turned the rollers. He had it fixed in less than 5 mins and didn't charge a thing. This is a great example of knowledge vs wisdom.
