Jon and Carley were amazing! Jon came out and gave us a reasonable quote and they were able to find our discontinued flooring and get it installed promptly. They did a phenomenal job and we are very happy with our new bathroom flooring. Highly recommend and will absolutely use for any future flooring needs.
Jon and Carlee did our floors just before Christmas 2023. We are delighted with the new floors. Their worker was so meticulous about his work. He saw were the refrigerator scratched the new floor and he replaced it. I will recommend this company to anyone. Carlee took care of everything from having the mover take the furniture out and putting it back in. We didn't have to worry about anything. Carlee also stayed in touch with us to let us know what was going on and what to expect which I appreciate
We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International Boise. Carlee and Jon Cayton were professional and managed our project from start to finish. Great customer service! Unlike other vendors, Jon was able to give us an immediate quote after measuring - we didn't have to wait 3 days like a big company in town. Jon's price was reasonable. Carlee checked in regularly as the installation progressed and addressed issues immediately. Installation was excellent with a great team who worked as quickly as they could while maintaining high quality workmanship.
