“Good staff is helpful good for adjustments on glasses not busy on weekdays. Appointment required for eye exam staff is knowledgeable. Moderate selection on frames kids adults men women. Moderately expensive. NothingTo get any deals or discounts here. Quality brand frames mostly in the range of higher priced product although always convenient always plenty of staff and quickly assisting customers. When you are a customer between your eye exams the staff is very helpful and will attend to all maintenance of products purchased here. Some frames include a one-year warranty one time during the year to replace a frame that's broken or damaged with no issues with receiving a replacement if onsite professionals are unable to repair. There is the fact that if you get a warranty on the frame usually the replacement will not be in the store and has to be ordered from the manufacturer, this will mean you will have about a week's wait for replacement. Staff very accurate and prompt when the shipment has arrived you will get notified directly to your phone number on file. They will text as soon as possible for YouTube pick up at your convenience.“
