My dishwasher wouldn't drain. Had another company come out to repair it and made it a little better. After several months called Easy's and Brandon came out and did anamazing job

I live in Whitesboro, Texas. I have been having problems with my freezer defrosting and staying at the proper temperature, I've already had two different appliance company's come out and it is still not fixed !!! I wanted to pick someone's brain and got Brandon at Easy's Appliance. He was Awesome!!! he took the time to talk with me on three different occasions and helped me troubleshoot the problem. He doesn't even live in Texas or was he getting paid. This is very rare and the customer service was amazing. If I ever get to Bosie Idaho I will bring him this best bottle of Texas bourbon, he deserves it. Stephen Barnard

Jamon, the repairman sent out to fix my refrigerator did every thing in a manner it's hard to find these days. He called ahead, showed up on time, was knowledgable, finished in a timely fashion and took such pride in his workmanship that he left the fridge looking like new. Believe me the latter took some real work and elbow grease. His honesty and integrity lead to him instructing me in how to keep from having the same problem again. Then after charging a more than fair price for replacing a fan, he cleaned the work area and left it in a condition much, much better than he found it.
