Matt Milligan was an amazing rep to talk to. My husband and I are getting ready to remodel our 1970's master bath (I'm SO tired of trying to clean the tile!) and have talked to several different bathroom remodel companies. Matt blew them all out of the water with his person-ability and listening. He's super down to earth, was NOT a super hard sell, and was supremely upfront - not only about the time it would take for the materials to get in, but also about the fit between us as a homeowner/company.
