We've used Dillabaugh's for several issues over the past few years, including new carpeting and refinishing of wood floors. Our experiences with them have been uniformly excellent. So when a large window blind in our home began to malfunction, I was happy to see Dillabaugh's listed as a distributor for that brand. I stopped into Dillabaugh's, and explained what I needed. I was given the card of one of their Window Covering Specialists: Aaron Tabor. That evening I emailed Aaron explaining my blinds issue. I heard back from him almost immediately. I had a great experience from beginning to end. The sales team was accommodating, helpful, and friendly. In particular, Louis Vallejos. The moving company was scheduled for me. I did not have to bother with finding a moving company on scheduling them myself. The installers were amazing! They were very professional, efficient, and they did a flawless job. There was a representative from Dillenbaughs, who came by the day of the install to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated.
