I have been helped from the carpet cleaner store several times over the last year to two. Each time they were helpful and informative, referring me if they did not have the parts or could not install or repair the equipment I needed. Shawn once helped when my truckmount froze up, and did not charge me anything for his time! I appreciate their professional and friendly service.
