Baldwin Lock & Key came to the rescue last week when we were out of town, our front door lock refused to open, and the cat was crying inside! They fixed the lock asap and all was well. We're very grateful.

The combination on my lock was no longer working and our bikes were stuck on a public bike rack. They responded very quickly and were able to come out same day to cut my Kryptonite lock. Our locksmith was awesome, 10/10 recommend.

Casey came out for the scheduled appointment right on time. He installed a new lock and rekeyed all my other locks to make life so much easier. He made me copies and checked to be sure they all worked. He was great to work with. I would recommend Baldwin Lock and Key for anyone having lock work done.
