The team at Amazing Exteriors went way above and beyond to help us get terrific Marvin replacement windows. Communication and customer service was excellent and the followup service to dial in a couple of understandable things that came up was outstanding. I rarely write reviews, but since I know how hard it is to find a quality installation company that cares, I wanted to steer other folks to this great window solution.Service: Window installation
Jim and the guys at Amazing Exteriors replaced my front windows in my East End home and we are very impressed with the quality of the windows and the quality of the work. I recommend them if you ware looking to get high quality windows. We could hold a conversation through our front windows before Amazing exteriors replaced them. Had our exterior replaced by this company, a hurry up need to sign for the "best crew" to stay in Boise before they went back to Texas. Signed the papers on a Saturday, so they could start on Monday. Mind you this is in November. Well "best crew" went back to Texas any way. Delayed start and instead of taking a few weeks to complete, it ended up a few months. The crew that did the work was wonderful, but they were not the exterior crew, and installation was very good, but very slow. Craig, Matt and Diane, plus others were fantastic people. The company, not so much, I would not personally recommend this company unless you are willing are and able to negotiate a reduction...read full review
