The technician, Russ Hough, was very courteous. He explained things as he went and showed me what to watch for to avoid another furnace failure. He showed me all the safety features which really put my mind at ease since I have a fear from childhood of gas heaters. I would recommend Right Now to anyone and specifically Russ Hough who came out today.
Such an awesome experience working with these guys, Christian came out initially and addressed the issues and helped us come up with a plan of action that wouldn’t break the bank, then the next morning they were out and repairing the issue! I’ve now called Right Now for both my furnace and my plumbing issues and I’m convinced I won’t ever call another company. I really cannot say enough good things about this company and the technicians I’ve worked with!
I called to have annual maintenance check on our gas furnace and air conditioning unit. An appointment was made for the following day. The technician, Spencer was professional but friendly, and explained all his findings to us along with photographs. We appreciate the prompt service from Right Now.
