I’m not one to write reviews, but I want add my experience with Copper Creek building our home. We love our house and feel like Copper Creek gave us the best value and quality over other builders we could have gone with.
I think if you are expecting to build a home without having hiccups here and there, then your expectations are unrealistic. That’s going to happen because it’s a human process. What you should be looking for is how responsive the builder is and how quickly they fix the problem. Copper Creek was great with both things. Kaysha was wonderful in answering all my questions, and they worked to fix any issues in a timely manner.

After meeting with other builders we chose Cooper Creek because it seemed like they had more of the "we care about your house as much as you do" feeling than other builders. Throughout the process there were times we still felt that and other times not so much. At the beginning I had some concerns with the concrete and backfill but Derek and Rick addressed them and made me feel better about them. All their subcontractors we met with seemed to be really good. Everything looks good and works good so far. They use KVO and they were so awesome to work with and their stuff looks so good, I would recommend them to anyone. The guy who did the closets was really awesome... read full review

I am SO HAPPY with our Copper Creek home (moved in 7 months ago). In the planning process, they worked to make it perfect for us. I was impressed by the engineering they do to make homes energy-efficient. Then when it came time to choose the details, I was so impressed at the quality of materials that come standard: custom kitchen cabinets, closet shelving, wide baseboards, beautiful trim, stone countertops, cushy carpet, etc. I've heard generalized advice to people choosing to build instead of buy to brace yourself because some subs are good and some are not.
