I’m not one to write reviews, but I want add my experience with Copper Creek building our home. We love our house and feel like Copper Creek gave us the best value and quality over other builders we could have gone with. I think if you are expecting to build a home without having hiccups here and there, then your expectations are unrealistic. That’s going to happen because it’s a human process. What you should be looking for is how responsive the builder is and how quickly they fix the problem. Copper Creek was great with both things. Kaysha was wonderful in answering all my questions, and they worked to fix any issues in a timely manner. I loved that they had lots of design options and that their upgrades were reasonable. They have great floor plans and they make it easy to customize them to your needs. I do wish they maybe had a design program to help visualize the choices you make, but I think if you come to the design meeting prepared with what you want, it turns out great. Also their unfinished basements have all the walls framed in which is a big bonus that we don’t have to do that later when we finish it. Overall we had a wonderful experience. We came from a new build from a builder that is putting up lots of homes in eastern Idaho and this new home from Copper Creek is by far better quality. Copper Creek’s standard was that builder’s upgrade. Thank you Copper Creek for making our home dreams come true, especially in today’s market.
