Normally I love this place but as of recently I am not getting the full experience. Today, I got #4 pedicure which is massage w/sugar scrub, cooling gel and callus removal. I asked for no sugar scrub and she said ok we will do lotion. Perfect! Well I got a 1 minute massage (supposed to be 10 min) and no cooling gel. She said she did lotion but was supposed to be swapped for the scrub. $60 for half of what I got. Ugh! Language barriers.
I have live in Idaho Falls for 7 years and I have always had my nails and pedicures done at 7 Nail Spa. Kim and Kevin are both very friendly and professional. Hardest working couple in the business. Not only is their salon spotless they have the most current up to date pedicure chairs that are absolutely amazing. They are hands down the best priced salon in Idaho Falls who take pride in their services and perform them at the highest level. Best salon in Idaho Falls!!!
