They came to fix my daughter's furnace and ended up on roof checking everything, could of just left it at that cause they had it running but told us that it wasn't safe and showed what all was wrong, and it was very unsafe, then gave them a great deal on different furnace and made sure to get here fast and made sure they had heat.
