My moonroof decided that it no longer wanted to close, staying open just an inch or two. Called and spoke with David - I wasn't even sure if it was something his shop would be able to take care of or if I would need to take it to a Honda dealership. He told me that he would try to get it closed and got me in the same day. A couple of hours later my car is finally closed up from the elements and Briles has earned a new customer. I can't express how impressed I am at their level of customer service! He even filled up my tires and got my low air pressure light off without me asking. I'll be back!
I was at work and called this shop. Nothing to do with a mechanic need. But the guy that answered was very professional and polite with me. Even knowing I wasnt in search of service with the. Way 2 go above and beyond. If the business runs as smooth as the phone calls I would think their great!!
Davin is very knowledgeable about cars and I highly recommend him for all your car needs. He also worked with me on my availability to drop off, and he was also very thorough with his inspection. I will be continuing to take my car to him for all it's upkeep.
