Update: Troy came today and he looked at the leak again because we had an issue with the previous fix and he was very thorough and explained everything so well. I was very happy with the service and Troy did a great job and made it clear that they value customer satisfaction and I really appreciate that.

Aaron was our plumber today. He first sat with us and reviewed the costs of the repairs. He replaced non working parts in the shower and installed a new toilet. I was impressed how quickly he completed the entire job for under the price initially quoted. Very professional!!!.
