We have had a terrible experience with Windsor Windows. The windows we received were poorly manufactured, leading to significant issues that should never have occurred in the first place.

Unfortunately, dealing with the company has been just as frustrating as the product itself. Communication has been abysmal, and their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. We’ve been trying to resolve these problems for far too long, with no satisfactory results.

I strongly recommend avoiding Windsor Windows. The combination of subpar products and terrible customer service is simply not worth the headache.

I sell building materials for a living, and was invited to Windsor to see how the operation and construction of the product is done. I have to say that Jim Erbes was a great host and we got to see just how hands on intensive the managing process is. The quality control and attention to detail from the construction to testing the finished product.Note: edited for correcting Jim's last name. There were several others who led us on tours and they also did a great job providing information and insight.
