Had great experience with the clinic. Met with the surgeon prior for a consult. The nurses were very responsive on MyChart portal questions. They let me know the expectations up front. My program fee was not due till my pre op appointment. The program fee is 1 time 200 dollars. There were multiple videos that were very informative and I could go back and watch again if needed. I was approved by working with the doctor and my insurance closely and was approved in 4 months. Not everyone's insurance is like this but so far really enjoy this clinic and the staff.
Love Dr Smolik!! Had the sleeve done 3 years ago and lost 130 lbs!!! Keeping it off and still losing! They gave me a new lease on life and the process was easy. They were all super friendly and very helpful! I recommend this clinic to everyone I know thinking about doing bariatric surgery. Thank you all!!!
