UnityPoint Clinic Urgent Care - Lakeview

Tiffany at the front desk was helpful and so sweet, she went above and beyond to make my experience at this clinic better!! The LPN that took my vitals could have been a little nicer. Doctor Agey was very awesome and provided great care! I used the Unity Point website to hold a spot for me at a convenient time and had no wait after checking in!

I don't complain much about medical field care stuff but this experience was unusual - the good staff members intake - attending physicians were lovely and much of the nurses staff were great - there appears to be an issue with time management and staff experience.... Most struggle to get a iv started and finally on the 5 th stick a blood draw was completed waiting was unimaginable long 5 hrs still no answers... Called a nurse for removal of my pick line that was never good or usable waited another 35 mins staff at desk didn't seem to care so got dressed and removed pick line myself walked out all staff greeted us and sd goodbye none appeared to be overwhelmed... read full review

I was at urgent care at 530pm and they turned me away and told me to came back in the moring they close at 8pm now i have to be in pain for even longer. They are not really a urgent care
