I want to give a huge thank you to Ben at this location. I came in so stressed and he helped me find the exact products I needed to help cover an injury on my face for family pictures. He even gave me a little tutorial on how to cover it up. Such a sweet and patient person — he went above and beyond!
The cashier, Jayde was so patient and kind with me as I used a million gift cards for one purchase and cause way too much work for them. Shoutout to Jayde for having the best attitude while there was an entire line behind me.
I have been dealing with some under eye dryness since moving to Iowa, and luckily I was able to find something here to help! I talked to a licensed aesthetician with purple hair (didn't get her name, sorry!) and she was super helpful. She asked about my routine, what products I already used, and what price range I was going for. She not only helped me find a product, but she gave me recommendations on how to use it and offered for me to come back if it didn't work.
This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had shopping in a physical Ulta store. Thank you :)
