I had my first visit today at The Iowa Clinic. I had a Pulmonary appointment today to establish a new doctor. I had X-rays done and the lady was very nice. The pulmonary staff is stupendous. I’m very excited about Dr. Mohr being my Pulmonologist! He sat and listened to my history about my COPD and what his plans were for me. ALL the staff was very helpful and friendly!!! Thank you all so much!
Rosie, at the Iowa Clinic Lab, has been the most friendly, efficient, and professional individual to have ever drawn my blood. I have issues with needles and have been told I have "small, ropey veins". And yet Rosie managed to extract blood with one, smooth, practically painless draw.
Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. All of the departments and all of the doctors/nurses seem to actually care which doesn’t seem to be standard for the industry.
