Run from this place.Taking my 94 year old mother here for terrible cough and congestion.She has lived in Des Moines all her life.Checking in here was terrible! She had her drivers license and Medicare card.Could not find her insurance card.You would have thought she was criminal trying to get free healthcare! After 20 questions we finally got her checked in! Been a hour and half and still haven't talk to a doctor.

I went in October of 2023 for the laser vein treatment for spider veins. She said my legs would look worse before they got better. She popped a vein on the side of my leg and it's spread down my leg. So I paid $400 and my legs are worse than when I came. It's now April 2024 ... 6 months later and now I'm out of $400 and legs are in way worse condition.

I love Iowa Clinic Urgent Care! Dr. Goble is amazing! He truly cares about each and every patient. He didn't stop until he figured out my issues and got me into a cardiologist the same day. I am so incredibly grateful to him and to Dr. Wesley for agreeing to see me in Cardiology that day. You both truly made me feel better and gave me peace of mind. Also, if you are looking for a great Primary Care, Dr. Holder is amazing! He gives so much information and is very thorough and most important. He listens and cares. I can't brag about these 3 enough, I appreciate you so much!
