Had a crack in my Pixel 7 pro and The Fix was quickly able to help and fix my screen. The chat feature to communicate with them was simple and efficient. Clearly stated the cost and timeline it would take to provided the fix. Phone now works great. Very pleased with the results and the customer service.
I’ve gone here several times and I always leave thinking things went as best as I could have hoped. Aycin B knows exactly what’s wrong and the pricing is fair and I’ve never waited long.I would point anyone to them that wants to fix their phone instead of just buying a new one.
I have search for a solid week looking for someone to replace my screen protector with no hope as my phone is not a common size. Not only were they able to help, but they were able to order and install the protector in record time. I would definitely come to them again.
