Telligen - We Are Population Health Management

Worst company I have ever experienced. They have declined me getting care twice now within a few months. They don't care about you getting care. I am a disabled veteran who needs physical therapy often and they can just say nope not anymore. I'm definitely going back to Tricare as primary. Telligen caused me more stress than I need. I shouldn't be bawling my eyes out because I can't depend on them to just except my doctors advice because somehow telligen doctors know everything about me and can say no to my care.

This company should not be allowed to make medical decisions for Blue Cross Blue shield .How do you make decisions by just looking at the patients paperwork . You don't even physically examine the patients . Horrible service and its a shame that you can't get needed medical care even when you pay for it .

Had a visit in our home and 2 weeks later we still didn't have the review completed and our son was without services until they decided to finish this. Very disappointing as this effects people's lives!
