I've been on the hunt for a nail salon that has a calm environment and a technician who can do beautiful design work, get my nails as sharp as I want them, and takes care of the edges and underside of the nails for almost a year now and had almost given up until I went to Purelux for a fill and repair.
Holly worked on my nails and was incredibly thorough. She measured them against each other, switched drill tips several times between filing and smoothing my nails, made sure underneath my nails were clean and smooth, and understood what I wanted in designs between her designs and what I showed her on my phone.
PureLux Nails & Spa is a hidden gem nestled between cobblestone pillars at the Countryside Village Business Center in West Des Moines. I visited on a Wednesday for a scheduled pedicure appointment with a friend and impressed by the warm welcome and vast polish selection. The salon boasts hundreds of polish colors, neatly organized on the east wall in a gorgeous rainbow array, featuring top brands like DND, OPI and Essie. Yesterday i had gone here to get my nails done for prom and they did so good on them? The environment was calm and clean, I felt very at peace when my nails were being done. This is the best salon I have ever been to in Iowa and I know if I'm ever near west des moines again then I will be getting my nails done here again ?
