Went to an appointment today with Amanda, I had previously had my hair ruined by a different hair dresser and Amanda saved my life. Amanda listened to everything I wanted and helped me get my hair back to where I wanted it all in one appointment.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Amanda did my hair and she went above and beyond my expectations! A year back or so I went to a fancy salon in downtown Des Moines and showed them a picture and gave a description of what I wanted. Long story short, I was there for about 6 hours of my day and spent almost $300 on something that didn't even turn out the way it should have. I went to planet hair salon yesterday and gave the same description and I was in and out in 2 hours and paid half the price for something that turned out EXACTLY what I wanted. I will now be going here from now on. I am very very pleased!

Really enjoyed the time here. Had done a bit of mess diy haircut and was thankful that they were able to get it fixed. They really went above and beyond with it. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend it :)
