“When I First started coming to Dr. Sandy it was because of an issue that was causing pain in my shoulders every time I tried to lift weights using my chest or shoulders. For the last 8 years I didn’t enjoy doing shoulders because there was always a nagging pain associated with it every time I would do those exercises. After a few months of seeing Dr. Sandy that pain has been completely eliminated. What was once a dreadful day at the gym is once more something that I look forward to!
