The Drs here are WONDERFUL, have been to a couple different ones & they've been kind, & considerate. They take the time to listen to your needs & concerns, & answer any questions you may have & they encourage you to call if you have any question or concern after your visit. I had a wonderful experience with MercyOne Iowa Heart in West Des Moines. The front desk staff was friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions. The tech that performed my CT scan explained every step of the process prior to and during the procedure. Dr. Jared Routh was amazing, listened to my concerns, provided options, made sure I understood everything, and was compassionate. Highly recommend this establishment.

Dr. Shakuntala Advani has been so helpful. My condition has been something I never paid a lot of attention to. It began as high heart rate while exercising. That was a couple of years ago. When I was under general anesthesia, my heart rate climbed to 158. I was referred by the specialist to see a GP to see my excellent cardiologist. When I had a visit with her, we talked about how rarely my relaxed HR would accelerate and how I hardly noticed it because of other conditions. Now this is a daily routine that lasts all hours anytime, and rarely comes down to normal.
