I was looking for a provider nearby and who was also in my plan's network. My first visit was for myself and I saw Dr. Jenessa Lock. I wear contacts and have had the same Rx for years (fortunately). My second visit was for my teenager - she saw Dr. Michael Lock. Both experiences, from front desk staff to technicians and both optometrists was great! Super friendly, explained our eye health really well and made the experience for both separate visits easy and the most pleasant experience I've had before. No pressure to source my contacts at the store. Both Drs. Lock were friendly and there was no extended waiting around and shuffling multiple patients. Didn't have to have our eyes dislates with their testing capabilities and could see my eye health on screen. Excellent experience and now sending my spouse for his exam! Will be back next time - 100%!

I have seen Dr. Lock twice now, once for a checkup and once for an eye infection. Both times he and his staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my family here for our eye exams. I would highly recommend this clinic to others for their vision needs.
