I brought my laptop in because I was having some connection issues and Alec (or Alex) immediately noticed my battery had expanded and was pushing against the internals. He did some desk checking on the spot and ordered me a new battery. After he installed the new battery my laptop went back to normal and all my connection issues went away (I think it had caused some internal connections to be off kilter). Alec was super. LDT is my go to computer repair and advice company.

Adam was a great person to talk to today he was patient very knowledgeable and took his time explaining to me in detail what he was doing as he was doing it on the computer to fix my printer problem thank you again this is why I choose little dog tech for my computer problems.

I Just want to start with thank you little Dog tech !! I had an old laptop that I lost all my data on !! Not once but twice first one was six years ago and I had zero hopes to get it back and the second round couple weeks ago when same laptop didn’t want to turn on!!! I searched a lot to find a place to take it to, and I’m so happy I found them !! They were so great, Quick, and professional !!!!
