They service or apartment complex and there is nothing but problems with machines breaking and getting anybody out to fix it. And pricing will be different between machines, in the same building. Would not recommend them. And if you have them in your building, just go to a laundry mat, it will be easier and cheaper.

I'd give a zero star review if I could. The drying machine has technically been working in my unit, however it always takes two cycles to fully dry clothes. This costs me money. And I'm talking even with very small loads (10 shirts, and that's it) it takes two cycles to do one load. I have been calling, emailing, and submitting tickets to Jetz on and off for a few months now. A few months ago they came and increased the cycle time to 1 hour 40 minutes (which was kind of a solution), but then a few weeks later it went back down to the shorter 1 hour cycle time. I've called and emailed so many times since. They do not care, and basically don't even pretend to do customer service. Your washing machine/dryer has to be 100% completely non-function for them to come fix it, and even then, it will be days - weeks. This is a poorly run business, by low morals individuals. Truly scummy stuff.

The washer in my apt building has been broken off and on for several months. It was replaced with an old machine, broke again and they just don't come service it for multiple weeks in a row. Horrible service.
