I absolutely love Tim with Iowa Pest & Termite! Unfortunately, it took a nightmare situation to discover how great he is when my dogs & I were attacked by Yellowjackets in our backyard late one evening. Iowa Pest was one of only a few local companies that offer 24/7 emergency service, & after I called down the list, Tim was the only one to answer. He was at my house in less than an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, had very reasonable pricing, made a plan for extermination, & kept me updated. Most importantly, he was a super cool guy to come help in a desperate situation. Now the Yellowjackets are gone & I have a permanent extermination company!
I've lost count how many years I've been using their service. They always do a fantastic job and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. They are also locally owned which is a huge plus!
What an AMAZING company. We have been customers for 7 years now. Tim took care of us when selling a house and needed termite remediation. We made him follow us to our new house. Through the years, Tim has come to do our service and what a nice, honest, and friendly guy. There just aren’t enough nice things to say.
The past couple treatments, he has sent Alex to us. Alex is an amazing person too. He knows answers to random bug questions or concerns and explains things so you understand and takes out the worry. He’s been a lot of fun to get to know and talk to (I might have kept him from getting home on time by talking this recent treatment).
