Closed on an Aventura condo unit about a month ago. The process was very easy. Liz was knowledgeable about all aspects of the Aventura Community and answered all my questions. There were no surprises, no delays, no issues. Closing was smooth and move in was straightforward. Matt has been very helpful with any post-move questions. Very satisfied with the whole process.

I couldn’t be happier with our agent Ali… I was off the road from two weeks travel and still had six hours to drive. I found this neighborhood and was just going grab a brochure and keep going. Ali, was working that day and showed me a few house and had really good knowledge about EVERYTHING ! She checked on us all the way to getting the keys.
