Well, the stove went ok. We got it put in and 2 old stoves put way. HOWEVER THE DISHWASHER DID NOT GO SO WELL!!! It is now not a happy 50th birthday. The salesperson was told I only had a portable dishwasher. The sales person said no problem because I bought their $200 geek package there would be no problem. Well, not only was the job scheduled wrong they did not install because I did not have water lines or electricity. The serviceman had to call and reschedule because he had a job that had to be completed before 1 pm. SO MARRY UNBIRTHDAY TO ME.

Went to get my phone screen fixed, only to find that since the back of the phone was cracked as well, that it had to be completely replaced. Was super thankful that they had my phone in stock! Jeremy was super professional and very knowledgeable. I will use this store again! Thank you!

I called the Geek Squad to help us get our new modem working, and help with a software update on our computer that we couldn't get to work. Eric came to our house. He works out of the Jordan Creek Best Buy. Eric spent almost two hours at my house. He got the modem up and running in, but couldn't get the update to work. (I'm assuming because our computer is old). He charged us NOTHING. Wouldn't even take a tip. "Didn't get it to work," he said. "But you got the modem set up," I said. "That was nothing," he said. I was gobsmacked. Had to drive to the store and report this to his supervisor. Thank you, Eric.
